Week 20...Early morning Chiefs Pep Rally @ Union Station

Who would thought I'd be willing to get up at 5 am to head to a Chiefs pep rally, but I did! My friend, Jen, told me about the pep rally and asked if I would go with her because what else did I have going on in the early hours of Friday, January 26, 2024. She was quick to point out that I had nothing since I'm retired! Off we went to Union Station and we anticipated there being hundreds of people.

As we walked in from the parking garage, we noticed only a few other Chiefs fans, but in front of us was Coach Reid...the look alike of Coach Reid! Nonetheless we had a great time being seeing all of the super fans and the local NBC newscasters. It wasn't that crowded so we got up close hoping to be spotted when the national news cut to KC for our chance to shine!
