Week 22...50th Class & Super Bowl Champs Again!

February 8th marked my 50th pilates class! I have never been a consistent workout person and definitely not one to go to classes for a group workout. This is certainly a first and one that I am ready to embrace for the long haul. I really do love pilates.

And I also really do love the Kansas City Chiefs!!! Super Bowl Champions Again!
